HRC850B thickness gauge can non-destructively measure the thickness of non-conductive cladding on metal surfaces, as well as the thickness of non-ferromagnetic metal cladding on the surface of ferromagnetic metals (e.g., iron, nickel and cobalt, etc.), and its specific uses include the measurement of the thickness of paint or galvanized layer on the surface of iron and stainless steel, and the measurement of the thickness of paint or plastic film on the surface of aluminum and copper. 

HRC850B built-in magnetic induction and eddy current effect integrated probe, the maximum range of 2000μm, the highest resolution 0.1μm.

HRC850B  anti-interference ability is very strong, can work in the more complex electromagnetic field environment; measurement, the user only need to quickly fit the probe end of the surface of the measured object, in the probe to the internal contraction of the instrument in the process, the instrument can automatically distinguish the properties of the substrate and measure the thickness of the coating (plating) layer, and the measurement results can be sent to the cell phone APP by Bluetooth in real time. in addition, the instrument contains a large-capacity memory. During the measurement process, the instrument automatically counts and records the measurement results. The recorded data can be transferred to a computer via USB cable.
